Collins Electrical recently completed a commercial life-safety upgrade at a new 7 Brew Coffee location in Greece, NY. The project included replacement of an exit/emergency light combination unit and installation of a horn and strobe notification device connected to the building’s fire alarm panel.

Scope of Work – Commercial Life Safety Upgrade
This project included:
• Removal and replacement of an exit/emergency light combination unit
• Installation of a horn and strobe notification device
• Integration with existing Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP)
• Verification of proper operation and code-compliant installation
The new exit/emergency combo unit provides illuminated egress signage and battery-backed emergency lighting. The added horn and strobe device enhances occupant notification in the event of an alarm condition.
